Stage 1 was luck and ladders. Stage 2 is strategy: setting Claude up so it works for you without being asked.
You’ll need Claude Pro from task 2.

Four tasks
Copy each prompt into Claude. It walks you through the rest.
Task 1 of 4
Connect everything
Prompt
I want to connect all the apps I use every day. Ask me, one question at a time, where I keep my documents, notes, meeting recordings, tasks, calendar and email. Then help me connect each one to you, step by step, and check each connection works.
The free plan may not connect all your apps. If Claude says you’ve hit a limit, you’ll upgrade in task 2.
Task 2 of 4
Create your storage
First, upgrade to Claude Pro ($20 a month in the US). Storing your files on your computer needs it.
Help me set up one place to store everything you learn about me, so you can use it as context in every future chat. Ask me where I want it: a folder on my computer, Google Drive or Notion. Set it up with a simple structure and a short rules file that says what goes where, and save what you already know about me. From now on, when I say 'file this', save the important parts of our chat in the right place.
Task 3 of 4
Your website
First ask Claude: "Help me set up Claude in Chrome so you can read my profiles."
Prompt
Build my personal website. First gather everything you know about me: your memory, my storage and my connected apps. Then search the web for me: LinkedIn, Instagram, X, news and anything else public. If Claude in Chrome is set up, use it to read my profiles. Show me what you found and check it's really me. Then design a one-page website that looks like me, not a template: colours, fonts, layout and words all chosen from who I am. Save it in a folder called my-website.
Build a website for my company. First gather everything you know about the business: your memory, my storage and my connected apps. Then search the web for it: our website if we have one, LinkedIn page, Google reviews, company registry, news and social media. If Claude in Chrome is set up, use it to read our pages. Show me what you found and check it's right. Then design a one-page website that looks like the company, not a template: colours, fonts, layout and words all chosen from who we are and what we do. Save it in a folder called my-website.
Task 4 of 4
Ship it
Prompt 1
Get my-website ready to go live: page title and description, a share image and favicon, SEO tags, a sitemap and robots.txt, fast and mobile friendly.
Sign up free at app.netlify.com/signup yourself.
Drag the my-website folder onto app.netlify.com/drop.
Click Make public, then rename it.
Buy a domain in Netlify: Domain management → Add a domain → Buy a new domain. About $10 to $20 a year. You pay; Claude never buys anything. HTTPS is automatic.
Prompt 2
Walk me through connecting my new domain in Netlify, then check my site loads on https and the share preview works.
